Doula Packages include:

• 9am-6pm text support from time of signing
• 24/7 support whenever labor is suspected
• Childbirth Class
• Up to 2; one on one prenatal meetings
• Hands on birth support
• 1-2 postpartum visits scheduled from birth-3months postpartum (2 hours used as you please with one meeting including a debrief from birth)
• Written birth story from doula's perspective to help "fill in the blanks"
• Access to lending library to include wraps, books, comfort equipment, etc.
